Hello to everyone. I had the opportunity to register for an International Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination from Thailand last week, and it was a really simple process, so I’d like to share my experience today.
In the earlier article, I spoken about how to register and what you need to prepare. You can check here >>How To Get Vaccine Passport in Thailand?<< You have to arrive 30 minutes before on the date of appointment. Officer have to check with your appointment before get to start. I booked appointment at Urban Institute for Disease Prevention and Control.
Before you can get the queue, you have to have QR code on your Vaccination Certificate but, if you received the vaccine through SSO (Social Security Office) same as me, probably you don not have the QR code on your certificate. But do not worry, they will check and print out a new one with QR code. Now, you can proceed with your queue.
When you queue has comes, they will indeed make an international Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination book for you, and you will sit and wait for them to call your queue number when they are finished. They will give you an international Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination book, which you must check your detail properly. If everything is in order, you may continue to pay 50 THB.
All of this processes took about 15 minutes. However, getting there from my house to the Urban Institute for Disease Prevention and Control took a long time due to traffic. This is all my experience that I can share here and I believe it is really important if you want to go outside of your country because of many countries are beginning to use the international Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination book as well.
You should also check the regulations of the country you plan to visit.
I wish you have a good day and everything get better soon. Thank you so much.
