Yeah! This weekend we get substitute Songkran Holidays from 4th- 7th September 2020. We make a plan to go Koh Kut, the travel distance from Bangkok to Koh Kud is about 350 km by car+ferry (via Trat). I booked a ferry ticket on the website koh kut express.
Ko Kut, a group of islands off the eastern shore of Thailand, remains a quiet holiday retreat with beaches, calm waters, and jungle. From my experience, I think Koh kut is the best beach you mush visit. After arriving you can rent motorbike 250 baht per day (exclude gasoline) because it is easy and freedom of moving around and it makes you enjoy the island a lot more.
Food in Koh kut starts from 100+ baht/dishes they have seafood, Thai food, and international food. I found one shop I like in Koh Kut is Nooch leaung restaurant, they made testy Thai food and have a cute parrot.
Tinkerbell Beach is a great quiet beach, the water is very clear. even though it is next to some of the resorts at Koh Kut. Walk right to the end of it and you will find your own private spot under one of the palm trees.
klong yai kee waterfall, a small waterfall with a pond hidden between trees and rocks you swim and cool down yourself but you need to wear a life jacket.
Ao Yai Fisherman Village, authentic fisherman’s village with a few good seafood restaurants. Not crowded.
Finally, this is an amazing trip I have and recommend you to visit and if you know someplace that you recommend, please share with us your idea and your experience. Thank you.
