1. Get enough sleep.

“I don’t have enough time to sleep” this is sentance i hear many time but do you know even missing one night of sleep can lead to some major cognition (thinking) issues. Brain functions including memory, decision-making, reasoning, and problem-solving worsened, along with reaction time and alertness. So you should sleep 7-9 hours per day.

2. Control stress

Work-related stress doesn’t just disappear when you head home for the day. When stress persists, it can take a toll on your health and well-being. You should lean how to relax. Control by yoga, medication, exercise, activity,and focus something else.

3. Coffee

In coffee have Caffeine. Caffeine is a mild stimulant that speeds up the messages between our brain and body. In small doses, and as part of a healthy diet it can make us feel more energetic at work.

4. Music  

Choose music that inspires you. It will release endorphins that make you happy and more focused while you work. People who listen to music at work complete tasks more quickly and come up with better ideas.
