Breakfast is important for the meal of the day. It gives you have the energy for activity in the daytime, you will get in some vitamins and replenishes the stores of nutrients in your body.

This is affected if you don’t eat breakfast. However, sometimes we don’t have time to eat breakfast and hurry in the morning. we have an easy idea for breakfast, quick and healthy.
The idea for breakfast food.
- Avocado Toast with egg
I like to eat avocado Toast with egg and can be made in 10 min. Just choose bread (recommend whole-wheat bread) and a fried egg. An egg has protein, avocado has healthy fats and whole wheat bread have whole grains.
This is so easy to make it, just boil 2 eggs in 7-10 min. Eggs are high protein along with iron, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids.
Combine rolled oats, ripe bananas, eggs, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend until smooth and thick. Cook spoonful of the batter in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Serve with maple syrup/honey and fresh fruit.
- Yogurt with fruit
You can choose the fruit you like, I like Blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and oranges. ( you can put nuts on top)
- Veggie Sandwich
Spread the bread with butter, little bit salt, and top with red bell pepper, tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
